• you can’t get to your phone,
• your phone is switched off,
• you’re busy on another call,
• you’re in an area with no network coverage.

Anytime you want to pick up your messages just dial your mobile number from your handset Please note calls to ePhona Voicemail are charged at 10p per minute.
