Auto recharge

With ePhona you never have to worry about not having sufficient credit on your account. The auto re-charge facility enables your account to be automatically charged with a pre-selected amount decided by you, once the existing balance on your account reaches a specified limit, your account will automatically be credited.

How do I set up auto recharge facility?

• Log into your account
• Click on the auto re-charge option
• Click on the tick box to enable.
• In Minimum Balance field- You can select minimum account balance available in the dropdown menu which will be as follows -£5, £10, £15, £20, £25, £50 and £75. By default £5 will be selected in this field.
• In Recharge Amount field you can type the recharge amount starting from denominations of £5 onwards up to £200 (For e.g. £5, £6, £7, by default £5 will be selected in this field.
• You will now get the total amount including the tax amount, which will be charged to your Debit/Credit card when auto recharge is done.
• Click on Save to activate the facility.

Anytime you want to pick up your messages just dial your mobile number from your handset Please note calls to ePhona Voicemail are charged at 10p per minute.

If you need to pick up your messages from another phone please dial XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and follow the instructions at the voice prompt.
