Refund Policy
  • If the Customer finds any defect in the products or services the customer shall bring the same to the notice of ePhona within 7 days from the day of purchase, otherwise the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the purchase.
  • When there is a claim of defect ePhona shall deactivate the service. Then on investigation by EPhona, if the claims of defect is true, then the customer is entitled for replacement of the same by ePhona for the same value of purchase.
  • The Customers have statutory rights under the Customer Protection Regulation 2000 in addition to the rights set out herein.
  • Under the Regulation 2000 the customer, if residing in UK has the right to cancel the agreement till the end of the 7th working day. That is the 8th working day from the day of purchase.
  • Where the customer of ePhona using the services of ePhona before your right to cancel expires, the customer loses the right to cancel the agreement.
  • Where the customer opts not to use the services ofeEPhona until the end of Customer’s right to cancel, EPhona shall not provide the use of its services until Cutomer’s right to cancel expedites.
  • Where the Customer wishes to cancel and within the stipulated time period to cancel the contract, the customer shall write to ePhona to cancel the agreement and ensures the same is in receipt of EPhona before the expiry of customer’s right to cancel.
  • Where within Customer’s right to cancel, and issues notice to that effect to EPhona, EPhona agrees to refund the payment made by the customer within 30 days from the receipt of customer’s notice.
